Fresh advice for aged care kitchens: The Weekend Australian

New research by accountants Stewart-Brown reveals that residential aged-care homes with their own kitchens spend an average of $9.07 a resident a day on food — a figure that covers meals as well as the cost of cutlery, crockery, serviettes and nutritional supplements."
